Since 1972 our group has been growing, packaging potatoes and onions for sale in major Australian supermarket chains and produce markets nationally.We are a dynamic and progressive company committed to producing high quality products through the implementation of continuous improvement strategies and innovative processes.Our Maintenance Team require the services of a switched-on full-time maintenance coordinator with maintenance planning experience.This position will be assisting with the planning, coordinating and scheduling of maintenance tasks and maintaining the maintenance management computer system (MEX System) as well as being responsible for purchasing functions and maintaining of maintenance stores.Administration will also be required for the implementation and monitoring of maintenance related documents, check sheets, forms and reports to improve safety, quality, production, efficiency, time and cost.The successful candidate ideally will have the following:Previous experience in maintenance planningExperience in analysing data and reportingExperience with a Computerised Maintenance Management SystemUnderstanding of the purchasing / receiving processes, including raising purchase orders and entering invoices using our ERP systemSolid Data Entry& IT skillsStrong organisation and prioritising skillsAttention to detailSound understanding of WHS practises and procedures in the workplaceGood proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, in particular ExcelAbility to use initiative within the workplaceWillingness to work within a team and independently when requiredExceptional customer service and presentationThis position is a newly created role to assist our Taylors Road Maintenance Manager with the day-to-day administration tasks.Training will be provided however it is preferred that the successful candidate will possess the drive and initiative to make this role their own.We pride ourselves on our vision, values and qualityOur staff makes the differenceAll applications must be made through the following website:
