Your excellent communication skills will be crucial in explaining technical issues and solutions to customers.Key Responsibilities: Provide on-site installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of GPS Tracking Systems, Mobile DVR Systems, and Driver Safety and Fatigue Management products.Lodge and review product warranty claims, including evaluation and providing recommendations for technical solutions.Manage installation and service records.Ensure data is accurate and maintain the privacy and data protection of our clients.Read and understand wiring diagrams, installation manuals, schematics, and instructions of products.Install a variety of auto accessories, including audio systems, lighting, interior enhancements, and exterior modifications.Conduct inspections to ensure all accessories are installed correctly and meet quality standards.Collaborate with customers to understand their preferences and provide expert advice on accessory options.Stay updated on the latest automotive trends and accessories to offer innovative solutions to customers.Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring efficient work practices.About You: Proven experience in a similar role, with a history of installations.Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams, installation manuals, schematics, and instructions.Strong knowledge of automotive accessories and installation techniques.Ability to work independently and adapt to various work environments.Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Possess excellent time management skills to meet scheduled deadlines.Be computer literate, with the ability to learn new software systems.Hold a valid C-Class Drivers Licence.Able to pass a full pre-employment medical, police check, and drug & alcohol screening (the tests are mandatory for site work and will be conducted regularly as per client requirements).The right candidate will be provided with the relevant training, meeting the broader team and familiarizing yourself with company systems and expectations.
