At the core of Mosaic is a team of exceptional, like-minded individuals chosen for their skill, ability to push convention boundaries, and unwavering commitment to excellence.ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join our Caretaking team and manage the day-to-day maintenance operations across all Mosaic buildings.Your responsibilities will include:Oversee project work, general maintenance, defect resolution, and additional body corporate tasks.Handle all correspondence via the admin inbox and office mobile.Requesting quotes from contractors.Providing necessary information to the Body Corporate Committee for approval.Scheduling approved maintenance works.Coordinating access and arranging quality assurance checks on completed tasks.Contractor Management: Maintain and update contractor details regularly, ensuring all licences and insurances on file are current and valid.ABOUT YOUAt least 3 years experience in a similar roleHas strong attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Can work proactively and collaboratively in a high paced and demanding environment.Can operate with initiative.Is an effective communicator who enjoys working as a part of a collaborative teamExperience with Body Corporates and proficiency in the MYOB software system will be advantageous.LIFE AT MOSAICAt Mosaic, you can be assured of the support and hands-on experience required to achieve a long-term, prosperous career with an industry leader.We're committed to making sure our staff love coming to work each day, have the support to achieve their best and have the opportunity to put forward their ideas.As a member of the team, you will enjoy a competitive salary and access to a range of additional employee incentives.To apply, please send a detailed resume and cover letter explaining why you want to be a part of the Mosaic team to ******
