Maintenace Fitter

An opportunity exists for a talented and skilled fitter to join our small maintenance team. This is a challenging and rewarding role in an industry leading company located South of Brisbane. In this critical role, you will be working with senior staff by ensuring equipment is maintained to the highest standard to meet safety, quality, and reliability objectives. You will be providing hands-on maintenance service and have the ability to problem solve and perform tasks autonomously.

With your proven understanding of mechanical maintenance and a background in a mechanical trade, you will:
Proficient use in Stick, TIG and Mig welding.Proficient understanding of conveyors, motors & pumps.Ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.Regular inspection of the equipment and conduct critical fault-finding.First point of contact for equipment issues and maintenance.Commitment for your safety and the safety of your co-workers.Provide high level of workmanship and professionalism.
