MADEC Australia Employment Services activities are delivered through the Workforce Australia programme in partnership with the Commonwealth Government. MADEC Australia's Employment Services activities are focused on supporting those experiencing disadvantage in locations across NSW and VIC. Individuals that access the program receive support to reduce social, physical and other barriers that impact a person's ability to attain and maintain employment, by identifying strengths and building skills that improve life outcomes.

We currently have the need for a Full Time Job Coach based at our Wangaratta site.

Engage in meaningful conversations to define job aspirations and tackle employment obstacles head-on. Assist with job search strategies, including application preparation and interview techniques. Explore diverse career pathways and coordinate activities for seamless career transitions. Foster strong partnerships with employers to match the right talent with the right opportunities. Provide crucial support to both employers and employees during the critical early stages of employment. In addition to these rewarding responsibilities, you'll handle essential administrative tasks and compliance requirements which we must meet under our government frameworks using online and in-house systems.
About You
No prior experience in employment services? No problem! We provide comprehensive training. What we do require is your enthusiasm, positive energy, and a genuine desire to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. As a valued team member, you'll adapt quickly, collaborate effectively, and bring solid administrative and time management skills to the table. A valid Working with Children and National Police Check are required.
