Requires: Proven experience in civil estimating, preferably within either roads, pavements, or airport infrastructure sector.
Salary guide: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum.
Location: Gold Coast region of Queensland.
Your normal day will involve: Preparing detailed cost estimates for airport infrastructure projects.
Using Pronamics Expert Estimator software to provide accurate cost analysis for tenders, proposals, and internal budgeting.
Working closely with the design, project management, and construction teams.
Reviewing tender documents, project plans, and specifications.
Collaborating with design and project teams to assess project scope and risks.
Engaging with subcontractors to gather quotes and negotiate costs.
Conducting post-tender evaluations and assisting with project handovers.
Reporting to senior management on cost-related insights and strategies.
