This has allowed us to build many long-term relationships with our valued customers and suppliers.Our products are sought after by the finest restaurants, chefs, bakeries, chocolatiers, supermarkets, health and specialty food stores in Australia as well as overseas.About the role:We have an exciting opportunity to work in our well-established manufacturing team.We are looking for a team player with leadership attributes who can assist the Lead Manufacturing in coordinating and performing activities of diversified staff in a high-speed manufacturing line involved in roasting/blending/packaging quality products and materials for storage and dispatch.The role will be based at our Scoresby facility.Responsibilities:Consistently promote high standards through personal example, motivating the team so that each member maintains required production and RNC quality and OH&S standards.Achieve scheduled operational day to day targets following defined manufacturing procedures.Roast/blend/pack the specific QC approved products.Safely operate and maintain the cleanliness of manufacturing lines.Packaging and labeling with high accuracy and speed.Maintain a clean and safe work area and update all production and cleaning logs.Required experience:Must have operated high speed manufacturing lines.Preferably has led a small team of 2-5 people.
