Machine Operator

Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking a Machine Operator for an immediate start for our client located in Dandenong South Vic . who is a leading supplier of high-quality insulation for residential & commercial properties.
You will need to be available to work rotating Day & Night shifts (12hr shifts Shift Pattern : Rotating roster with 12-hour shifts (2 days, 2 nights, 4 off)
This role will require you to complete the following: Working with Fiberglass Insulation Glue foil to the insulation. Bagging insulation and moving to storage Working on press machine General cleaning of work area Requirements Experience as a machine operator, especially with insulation materials Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Reliable, team-oriented, and flexible to rotating shifts Monday-Saturday, alternating weekly between day and night shifts About you: A positive attitude and excellent work ethic Physically fit to complete manual lifting if required Ability to work both autonomously and within a team Experience in production How to Apply To be considered for this role you must be able to provide one Proof of Right to Work Documents Please note all applications will be treated as private and confidential.
