Machine Operator

Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking a Machine Operator for an immediate start for our client located in Dandenong South Vic. who is a leading supplier of high-quality insulation for residential & commercial properties.
You will need to be available to work rotating Day & Night shifts (12hr shifts Shift Pattern: Rotating roster with 12-hour shifts (2 days, 2 nights, 4 off)

This role will require you to complete the following:


Working with Fiberglass Insulation
Glue foil to the insulation.
Bagging insulation and moving to storage
Working on press machine
General cleaning of work area

Requirements

Experience as a machine operator, especially with insulation materials
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Reliable, team-oriented, and flexible to rotating shifts
Monday-Saturday, alternating weekly between day and night shifts


About you:

A positive attitude and excellent work ethic
Physically fit to complete manual lifting if required
Ability to work both autonomously and within a team


Experience in production
