Joinery Installer Astley's Kitchen and Joinery are currently seeking an experienced Joinery Installer / Cabinet Maker to join our team in Dubbo NSW.

The Joinery Installer will manage the process of cabinetry from start to finish.
You will pick the most suitable material, construct the cabinets, and then apply the appropriate finishes.
In this role, you will remove any existing cabinetry, measure each installation area, prepare the surfaces, and install cabinets according to specifications.
Key responsibilities:
Selecting the appropriate materials, fittings, and tools for each task.
Install cabinets according to written or verbal instructions.
Measure room or installation areas.
Follow blueprints to ensure quality of installation.
Creating standard and custom components of cabinets.
Gathering the elements of each cabinet and assembling the final product.
Inspecting each completed item to ensure that it has been constructed accurately, and that the necessary finishes have been applied.
Repairing elements of cabinets that have been sent in for servicing.
Wearing the requisite uniform and taking necessary precautions to remain safe.
Advising on appropriate care for finished products upon request.
Knowledge and experience required:
3 years minimum onsite experience.
Valid driver's license.
Qualification in Shopfitting/Cabinet Making.
White card.
Experience installing a large range of joinery/cabinetry items.
Lead and work well within a team and demonstrate clear communication skills.
