We're looking for an M365 Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft 365 services and products within our vast community of solvers.

Use the know-how you've gained in languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. With new problems to solve, you'll have plenty of support and opportunities to grow. We work from anywhere, so your strong communication skills and team ethos will get a workout. You'll learn plenty as you work with various Microsoft 365 applications such as SharePoint Online, PowerApps, Power Automate, Teams, and other collaboration tools to enhance business processes and improve productivity within the organisation in a workplace that's human-led and tech-enabled.

Day to day, you'll solve problems by working with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
Design, develop, and implement M365 solutions, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations.Ensure seamless integration of M365 solutions with other enterprise systems and applications.Customise and configure M365 applications to meet specific business needs.Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, user guides, and training materials.Ensure that M365 solutions comply with organisational security policies and industry regulations.Critical Skills, Knowledge, And ExperienceComprehensive understanding of the Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.Expertise in developing solutions using PowerApps, Power Automate (Flow), and Power BI for creating custom business applications and automations.Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), custom web parts, site customizations, and integration with other Microsoft 365 services.Knowledge of REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, and how to integrate M365 applications with other enterprise systems.Familiarity with Azure services, including Azure Active Directory, and understanding cloud computing principles and best practices.Understanding of security, compliance, and governance features within Microsoft 365, such as data loss prevention (DLP), conditional access, and eDiscovery.Basic knowledge of database management systems (DBMS), particularly SQL Server, and familiarity with data migration and ETL processes.An experienced technical expert who uses your specialised skills to provide advice, influence others, and help by directly contributing to solutions.Ability to solve complex work problems leveraging overarching guardrails, experience and strong judgement.Experience being a first level operational Team Leader with full responsibility for other team members (up to 10 people) to deliver results.Ability to consider direction and form annual prioritisation of work.Ability to be actively involved in large projects and/or leading medium scale projects.Desired certifications below are advantageousMS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator ExpertMS-700: Microsoft 365: Certified Teams Administrator AssociateSC-300: Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator AssociateSC-400: Microsoft Certified: Information Protection and Compliance Administrator AssociatePL-400: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate.Key Personal AttributesCuriosity: A natural curiosity and eagerness to learn, explore new ideas, and see past the status quo.Collaboration: A natural collaborator, suited to work in a collaborative culture with a diverse and talented team that values collaboration, constructive challenging and mutual respect.Challenge: Demonstrates the capability to question and challenge ideas, decisions, and processes in a constructive manner, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation while maintaining respect and professionalism in all interactions.Value Driven: Demonstrates a strong commitment to ethical principles and organisational values, ensuring that all actions and decisions align with the company's mission and integrity standards.Excellent attention to detail.Proactive.Adaptability in a dynamic environment.Willingness to learn and grow your Development skills and keep abreast with industry trends.It's time to move forward.
