About the role
As we continue to grow, we are looking to hire an intrinsically motivated Project Coordinator to lead the overall delivery of multiple Lumary implementations simultaneously, spanning various stages – from pre-sales and inception through to delivery and post-implementation support.
A day in the life could look like:
Maintain oversight of project budget, timeline, scope, and team allocation. Work directly with customers to manage expectations and ensure successful delivery of outcomes. Work within the PMO framework to ensure project reporting is accurate and timely, including overseeing utilisation, project revenue accrual, capacity planning, and continuous improvement. Proactively contribute to the Lumary PMO practices, documentation, policies, and operations. Work closely with Consultant Leads to support consultants on projects, develop a strong culture, and align team/project scope expectations. Partner with Sales teams to deliver project plans, assumptions, and detail to support new customer opportunities. Partner with Account Management teams to manage project commercial discussions, outcomes, and challenge resolutions. Proactively work with the Product Development team to highlight opportunities to meet customer expectations and advance the product. You Have
Minimum of 2 years experience in a project coordination/lead role with a software/IT context. Experience working in a client-facing role, with proven ability to manage relationships with a broad range of stakeholders. Experience working on Salesforce implementations or Salesforce exposure (desirable). Experience working in a start-up/scale-up context (desirable). Experience working in the Disability Support, Allied Health, or Aged Care sectors (desirable). Experience preparing commercial documentation including proposals, statements of work, and change requests. Proficient using modern project coordination/management tooling, including the Atlassian suite, as well as project reporting, time sheeting, and capacity planning software (desirable). Prior experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. Expertise in project planning, timeline development, forecasting, and tracking. Ability to lead expectations and align understanding through strong written and verbal communication skills with a wide variety of customer stakeholders. You Are Willing To
