Lotus Notes Developer

Total Experience: Minimum 3 years
Relevant Experience on Mandatory Skills: Lotus Notes/Domino development tools, including LotusScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Lotus Notes Formula Language.
• A Minimum 3 of years' experience in developing complex project solutions using Lotus Notes/Domino development tools, including LotusScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Lotus Notes Formula Language.
• A Minimum of 3 years' practical experience in developing Lotus Notes/Domino applications, including performance analysis, tuning and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices.
• Ability to follow best practices for integrating with other systems and adheres to the specified protocols and error handling standards.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively with other interfacing application teams to solve complex technical issues.
• Experience in database design and management principles.
• Experience working as part of a Scrum Agile team.
• Professional certifications in Lotus Notes/Domino development would be an added advantage.
