Job Description Relevant Experience on Mandatory Skills  Lotus Notes/Domino development tools, including LotusScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Lotus Notes Formula Language Job Description ·         A Minimum 3 of years' experience in developing complex project solutions using Lotus Notes/Domino development tools, including LotusScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Lotus Notes Formula Language.
·        A Minimum of 3 years' practical experience in developing Lotus Notes/Domino applications, including performance analysis, tuning and troubleshooting.
·        Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices.
·        Ability to follow best practices for integrating with other systems and adheres to the specified protocols and error handling standards.
·        Ability to work independently or collaboratively with other interfacing application teams to solve complex technical issues.
·        Experience in database design and management principles.
·        Experience working as part of a Scrum Agile team.
·        Professional certifications in Lotus Notes/Domino development would be an added advantage.
