Looking for Principal Civil Engineer for N. SydneyADG Engineers is looking for a Director of Civil Engineering. The position is based in their modern North Sydney office, conveniently located opposite the train station and reports to the NSW/ACT Practice Director. ADG Engineers emphasize safety, innovation, and collaboration, ensuring solutions address project challenges effectively. The role is expected to provide a lead technical role across all aspects of civil engineering design for roads, drainage, flooding and hydrology for transport infrastructure and related corridors and precincts.
You are expected to be:
Competent in road geometric design, road drainage design in 12D, thorough knowledge of Austroads, and Rational Method.Demonstrated design management experience in the technical delivery of transport infrastructure projects.Experience in multi-disciplinary Civil Design Management.Certified Civil Engineer with 15 years+ experience working on Transport Infrastructure Projects.Annual compensation is in line with market rate and can include an equity/profit share if KPIs are met. The position is based in their modern North Sydney office.
