We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Logistics Support Coordinator to join our supply chain team on a 12-month secondment. Reporting to the National Transport Manager, the Logistics Support Coordinator has the primary role of overseeing the management of Loscam and CHEP across Bulla and 3 pl sites.
The Logistics Support Coordinator will assist with the day-to-day transport claims and 3PL administration, ensuring the highest level of service is achieved and maintained in accordance with Bulla and Customer Policies & Procedures.
Your responsibilities will include: Managing the end-to-end process of CHEP and LOSCAM of all Bulla sites and 3 PL sites in line with pallet contract management policy. Providing monthly equipment unit dash boards. EOM equipment Stocktake reconciliation of all Bulla sites and 3 pl sites. Monthly site visits of Bulla and 3 pl sites. Attending monthly meetings with Chep and Loscam. MyPrimary Connect Pallet stack updates Transport Invoice and PO Processing Manual transport bookings ADHOC transport tasks You will have: HACCP requirements – particularly as they relate to the Cold Chain Min 2 years' experience in a transport operations admin operations FMCG role. Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook, intermediate skills in MS Word Capacity to effectively relate and communicate to people at all levels of the business.

Commitment to and capacity for personal development Must demonstrate a high level of initiative and possess strong time management and organisational skills. Must demonstrate a high level of maturity and responsibility consistent with the high expectations of Bulla Dairy Foods. Formal qualifications in warehouse/logistics management are not essential but would be highly regarded SAP experience preferred Current driver's license and vehicle required for travel to Bulla sites and 3 pl.
