Reporting to the Logistics & Trade Compliance Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating the daily activities of the Logistics and Supply Chain functions in an accurate and efficient manner, in accordance to customs and local authorities' procedure and regulations within the set allocated timeframe.
CITES Management Cites Permit application and acquittals Verify overseas supplier re-export Cites Permit Cites Permit inventory control SAP Transactions Processing of Inbound and Outbound orders (IDNs/ODNs) Monitoring of Inbound and Outbound orders Perform PGR & PGI (Post Goods Receipt and Issue) Processing of Return Orders (RFC1/RTV1) Inbound Shipments (Import) Shipping advice dispatch Australian invoice dispatch Co-ordinate with forwarder Outbound Shipments (Export) Export shipping invoice preparation Export shipment booking Prepare re-export cites permit Coordinate with forwarder Domestic Deliveries Arrange courier service for office/Customer Service/Boutiques Organize deliveries of POSM with 3rd Party Logistics Service Provider Ensure compliance with Group's transportation guidelines Stock Management Conduct periodic cycle count Pick and pack stocks for photoshoots and events HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

To contribute to team success, you will have: 2-3 years' experience in logistics (warehousing and freight) and SAP MM Excellent communication skills, with the ability to give effective status updates A strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and take ownership of their own work Proactive approach, ready to take initiative Flexibility to shift directions at short notice and remain calm A team mindset, willing to do what it takes to get the job done and help the team get the job done
