Logistics Officer (Rotables) - Sydney

An excellent opportunity exists for a suitably qualified person to join the Procurement Department at REX Airlines. This will be a full-time permanent position.
The position of Logistics Officer( Rotables) is responsible for the efficient operation and continued development of the company's Rotable component management.
Position Responsibilities: Management of all component repairs and overhaul including vendor communicationWarranty claims managementComponent shipping and receivingManagement of expedient component return from repair vendorsComponent irregularity reportingSpares consumption reportingKey Selection Criteria: Advanced computer skills including:database developmentdata manipulation and extractionStrong analytical and prioritising skillsThe ability to work in a small team – and often pressured environmentHigh level communication skills and interpersonal skillsCurrent driver's license is essential.Must be able to obtain ASIC card, Airside driver's license, Dangerous Goods license and Fork lift license.Preferred Selection Criteria: Knowledge of aircraft componentsAviation experience; andExperience with IAS (Integrated Aviation Software)To Apply: Please apply via the 'Apply Now' button below, by close of business Friday, 31 May 2024.
