You will ideally be from a logistics background, and have experience co-ordinating the flow of materials, parts and assemblies between sections and departments to ensure delivery times are met.
The role : Liaise with freight companies and Customers on deliveries and pick-ups Process and complete shipping and delivery of finished goods including packaging labelling, shipping/consignment documentation Assist with producing a production schedule to meet demand and capacity Assist with inventory management, ensuring accurate tracking and control of stock levels Regular communication with internal and external stakeholders Plan and purchase adequate stock of raw materials and goods About you: Proven experience organising freight within a logistics environment Highly proficient in Microsoft office and IT systems Stakeholder engagement – able to build strong working relationships Strong attention to deal with the ability problem solve Experience liaising with transport companies and logistics High risk work license - fork lift Hold Full Australian Work Rights What's in it for you?
