(Australia, New Zealand, Thailand) Oversee all Transport partners and contracts ensuring deliverable improvements and system enhancements are efficient and operational with minimal risk. Analysing Data relating to the Supply Chain and making strong operational decisions. Assessing, managing, and minimising risk to operation KPIS, Providing and delivering reports to higher management around total operation. Working with internal Departments, stakeholders, suppliers, and the fulfilment centre to design processes and ensure a great experience for our customers. Proactiveness in anticipating problems and recommending solutions to higher management. Responsible for Inventory integrity, quality assurance and control underpin all processes for all Distribution channels. Implement financial metrics and associated KPIs for supply-chain network and vendors. Develop and implement Pacific transportation cost-savings programs for year-over-year savings. Identify project responsibilities, delegating phases, and elements to appropriate personnel within the department and other departments within the business. Key accountabilities: Monitor and align forecasts for all distribution channels working with Supply, e-Comm and Merchandise departments. Maintain consistent Communication with the field teams to collaborate with continuous improvement initiatives for all Stores and customers. Lead control meetings with Suppliers, identifying issues and actions to be taken to resolve challenges and improve the service levels. Conduct root-cause analysis of failures and take corrective actions where necessary. Manage logistics functions through strategy, resource optimisation, profitability maximisation, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), resulting in the maximisation of customer satisfaction. Improve the system processes in the warehouse and coordinate warehouse activity - Monitor the performance of the Warehouse and Supply team. Keep detailed records, generate reports, and develop presentations to aid decision making for the Business/Operation. Provide oversight for budgetary, scheduling, and project database, and report regularly to senior managers about progress, plans, and problems that could affect costs or schedules. Manage logistics compliance, quality control, and quality assurance standards and specifications to comply with legal obligations. Preparation of forecast for all Distribution Centres under this scope. Support our sustainability agenda in our total Operational footprint within Pacific. Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations around Customs (Australia Trusted Trader) whilst also maintaining awareness of industry and global logistics trends. Pivotal and professional qualifications: Strong Supply-Chain knowledge and experience with a minimum of 5 years working experience within the retail or FMCG industry. Computer Skills: Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with a strong focus on Excel. Experience with an ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics AX or SAP) Transport Management Solution, Business Intelligence Reporting. Knowledge of end-to-end logistics operations (including maritime, over-the-road, rail, customs, and warehousing). Strong attention to detail & ability to perform under pressure. Strong analytical skills with experience in reading Data and making strong decisions. Ability to work independently & with multiple departments and stakeholders while managing multiple priorities.
