Our Ringwood HQ is looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator who brings a flexible and self-motivated attitude to the team. The applicant will require a strong customer service focus and be willing and able to oversee staff, communicate with stakeholders, and demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.
About the Role:
Full time - 7:00am to 5:00pm (Mon - Fri)Duties & Responsibilities
Coordinate and track supply chain operations through effective communication with suppliers, vendors, and retailers.Processing of driver's paperwork with high attention to detail.   Work with our logistics manager and operations manager to ensure all clients are serviced in an efficient, timely and accurate manner.Solve shipping and inventory issues for stakeholders.Analyse logistics-related data and suggest improvements for efficiency.Allocating, purchasing and clear communication with the yard with incoming and out goings.Comprehensive knowledge logistics-related laws and regulations. Assisting with day-to-day tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly.Be willing to get out of the office and be hands on from time to time if required.
