 On offer: Secure full-time employmentSupportive team environmentPotential career progressionGreat company culture, regular work nights outConvenient location, close to public transportationTraining courses available for the right candidate Duties and Responsibilities: • Plan, manage, and evaluate all logistics operations through effective communication with internal stakeholders, suppliers, freight forwarders, transportation companies, and customers.
• Liaise with logistics partners to obtain shipping quotes, monitor delivery status, and create shipping documentation.
• Ensure accurate data entry into the ERP system (JDE), warehouse management systems, and document updating.
• Communicate with overseas suppliers to monitor and follow up shipments, ensuring timely arrivals.
• Manage shipping documents from suppliers and to customers.
• Work with freight forwarders and transport companies to ensure efficient clearance of goods.Inventory management of warehouse and installers stockSkills and Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in Supply Chain, logistics or procurement Strong computer literacy Demonstrated ability to work independently and unsupervised, as well as part of a team when requiredExcellent verbal and written communication Strong attention to detailProven ability to plan and prioritise work tasksA positive attitude and an eagerness to learn about purchasing and inventory processesThe Application Process: If Solar Battery Group sounds like the perfect fit and you are looking for an opportunity to be part of a supportive environment, select the 'apply now' link to submit your application.
