Logistics Administrator

Grainforce Logistics is looking for a highly motivated organised person to join their team as a Logistics Administrator.
We operate a Container Rail Terminal & Grain Packing facility in Bathurst and require someone to assist with daily operations including but not limited to:
Manage data in spreadsheets, software and reports to all related partiesSupporting all supply chain proceduresWorking with the Logistics Manager for planning shipments based on product availability & customer requestsTracking orders to ensure timely execution, communicating updates throughout the teamAssisting in Coordinating and Managing documentation for all shipping and rail requirementsPreparing required documents for completion of ordersMaintain updated records of orders, supplies and customersIf you have excellent organisational and time management skills, good communication skills and ability to work with a good team to execute daily operations, please send us your resume.
Prior experience in a Logistics and administration role is essential.
Training will be provided for all procedures, programs, systems we currently operate with.
The role will involve Rail and Road Logistics and develop into further opportunities for the right candidate.
