Locum General Practitioner required for Mandurah, QLDPay Rates: $180 + GST per hour or 65% + GST of billings, whichever is greaterDates: OngoingAccommodation and Flights allowanceLocation: Mandurah, QLD

Required rostered hours: Minimum 40 hours per week with roster to be agreed with the practice manager.

Services Fee (hourly rate) / %: $180.00 + GST per hour or 65% + GST of billings, whichever is greater in the billing period.

Accommodation: If unable to use SHP lodgings, then $150 per night allowance, booked by agency.

Car hire: Per day booked by agency.

Flights: Lowest fare applicable allowed, ideally local QLD or East Coast based GP.
