Centre Operating Hours: 40 hours per week with roster to be agreed with the practice manager

Dates: Ongoing
Schedule: Monday to Friday

Services Fee (hourly rate) / % : $250 + GST per hour or 70% + GST of billings, whichever is greater in the billing period
 
Accommodation: if unable to use SHP lodgings then $150 per night allowance, booked by agency
 
Car hire per day booked by agency
 
Flights: Lowest fare applicable allowed, ideally local QLD or East Coast based GP
 
Requirements:
