Local Service Manager - Pest

Rentokil Pest Control in Adelaide has an excellent opportunity for a local Service Manager - Pest to join our team servicing the Adelaide region on a permanent full-time basis.Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of Pest Technicians to ensure quality delivery of service and customer satisfaction.The main duties for this role will include, but not be limited to:Supervise, develop and coach the Pest Technician teamConduct & participate in monthly team and safety toolbox meetingsConduct regular quality auditsInduct new staff members to the teamManage and schedule service runsAdministration related to servicing activitiesManage customer feedbackCover service runs for Pest Technicians when requiredThe ideal candidate will possess:Previous experience in a Supervisory or Management role (minimum 2 years)Certificate IV Frontline Management (desirable)Excellent customer service and negotiation skillsPeople management skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work well under pressure and meet KPI'sTime management skillsA current Australian Driver's licence is essentialPlease note that our recruitment process involves the completion of reference checks, medical checks, and police checks.You will receive a competitive salary package, a fully maintained company vehicle, mobile phone, and company uniform.
