Aged & Disability Support (Community Services & Development)About the roleAs a Local Area Partner at Access for Us Pty Ltd T/A In Care Services, you will play a key role in supporting individuals with disabilities and their carers within the Adelaide community. In this full-time position, you will connect people to the services and resources they need to live independently and thrive.You own a share of the business and run it. All profits will be distributed monthly.Please note: This is not a franchise or a licensing business. It is purely partnership with a local partner and corporate office.We have exclusive access to SDA dwellings around Australia, joining us gives you an advantage to provide housing options to the community.An investment is required by the local area partner to kick the business. Investments start at $25,000.What you'll be doingEngaging with local community organizations and stakeholders to identify gaps in disability support servicesCoordinating the delivery of tailored support plans for clients, ensuring they have access to the right mix of servicesDeveloping and maintaining strong relationships with local service providers to expand the network of available supportAdvocating for clients to help them navigate the complex disability support systemOrganizing and facilitating community events and activities to foster inclusion and social connectionProviding regular progress reports and insights to the wider Access for Us teamWhat we're looking forProven experience in the aged care or disability support sector, with a strong understanding of the local communityExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to empathize and connect with diverse clientsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks and stakeholdersA collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a teamA tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as social work, registered nurse, community services or occupational therapyWhat we offerAt Access for Us, we are committed to creating an inclusive and supportive work environment.
