Our teams manage the clinical and ongoing care management for our clients.
This includes comprehensive assessment, clinical management and support, coordinating delivery and brokerage of services within the package budget and communicating with family and other service providers as required.
As The Local Area Manager:You will be accountable for the growth of the Home and Community Support business through identifying business development opportunities, coordinating marketing and assisting with the development and implementation of existing and new services.Provide leadership and supervision for the day-to-day activities of the local Home and Community Support team.
You will have teams throughout Far North Queensland (Cairns, Mackay, Townsville & Rockhampton).Provision of high-quality services providing governance and clinical support.Champion the consumer-directed model of care in response to the changing expectations of customers.Promote Bolton Clarke and maintain positive relationships in the community, government, and contract holders.Develop, manage, and monitor Homecare budgets, expenditure and debtors.Manage a diverse workforce and develop a strong future focused team culture.We would love to hear from you if you have:Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1).Expert clinical and critical thinking skills.Demonstrated leadership ability.Own vehicle and driver's licence.2024 flu vaccinations or willing to obtain.Evidence of COVID-19 vaccinations.Federal Police Check - only required for the successful candidate.Well-developed organisational and prioritising skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Importantly, you will mirror our values of Be Kind; Listen; Be Curious; Always safe; and always together in all aspects of your work.
