About the Role: Join our team as a Loan Set Representative and play a vital role in supporting the healthcare industry. You'll coordinate, ship, and manage loan sets for surgeries, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service.
Shift: 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday
Location: Eight Mile Plains
Pay Rate: $31.96 per hour
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain efficient loan set management processesSource and book loan set requirements accuratelyMonitor and follow up on all loan set bookingsPick, ship, and manage the return process of loan setsLiaise with carriers and healthcare professionals for seamless serviceTrack inventory, replenish supplies, and prepare invoicesAssist with process development and improvementEnsure all processes meet required standardsCollect and analyze data related to loan setsEssential Skills and Qualities: Strong organizational and prioritization skillsExcellent problem-solving abilitiesEffective communication and relationship-building skillsAttention to detail and accuracyResilience and ability to handle challengesDesire to learn and grow within the organizationIdeal Candidate Profile: Interest in healthcare, logistics, or operationsExperience with inventory tracking systems (preferred but not required)Additional Requirements: Must have PR or Australian Citizenship/unlimited working rightsMust have a valid COVID-19 certificate
