Job DescriptionThe Role As a Loan Fulfilment Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering lending service activities to optimise the lending workflow efficiency and effectiveness.
The Loan Fulfilment Consultant provides ongoing technical support and assistance and provides an exceptional customer experience to staff, customers and external parties that is aligned to our Customer Ownership and Operational Excellence Strategy.
This role is key to delivering a quality loan experience and will be required to speak directly with customers to finalise work loan conditions or complete the loan file requirements.
This role is critical to ensure that the customer experience is always moving forward in the loan workflow.
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Action new Bank Guarantee file requirementsAssist with managing current Bank guarantee filesAction and progress loan variations through to unconditional approval, liaising with Consultants and customers to meet customer needs and provide an outstanding experienceAttend to conveyancing issues and provide advice, considering regulatory and legislative requirements.Monitor loan files with various parties through to settlement, to ensure loan files are completed and/or settled in accordance with the customer requirements.Prepare Loan Offer Documentation, and other Real Property documentation (Discharges, etc.
).Use and consistently apply policies and processes endorsed by the business.Use the systems and technology supplied by the business accurately to support recording, measurement, sharing of information and customer interactions.Demonstrates positive organisational and time management competencies to effectively deliver quality multiple tasks as required.Finalising and compliance of Settlements fundings (FMS, PEXA, Dye & Durham)Action daily end of day GL balancing for all Settlements fundingsVerifications and compliance of Increase fundingsMonitor building loan files and actioning building progress paymentsFinalising and compliance of building inspection reportsQualificationsAbout You Proven knowledge of mortgage lending products and servicesStrong understanding of secured lending credit policies, processes and productsAbility to manage prioritisation of work to meet service level agreement standardsProven verbal and written communication skillsA strong attention to detail to deliver quality and accuracyStrong negotiation and problem-solving abilitiesA positive 'can do' attitudeProficient PC skillsAdditional InformationSee yourself in our team Joining the Loan Fulfillment team, you will support with processing and collecting loan applications by reviewing documentation, verifying information and organising approvals.
