You will work closely with the Learning and Development Director and Business Partners to ensure that Uniting AgeWell's training programs are effectively coordinated.
You will also work closely with the LMS Analyst to appropriately manage and maintain our LMS system.
Your duties in this include but are not limited to: LMS enquiries - as the first point of contact Maintain LMS training records, including participant lists, attendance records, and evaluation feedback LMS testing of workshops and eLearns prior to launch Coordinate trainers/presenters enrolments and registrations, attendance records, evaluations, and related resources Arrange venues, coordinate travel and accommodating, catering, and prepare training materials such as handouts, presentations, etc About you: You are passionate about what you do and want to make a difference in the lives of our residents/clients, enhancing their self-esteem and empowering them to make choices.
