ELMO Software is looking for a passionate Engineering Manager to join our team and oversee the design, development, and delivery of key projects that drive user experience, scalability, and platform integration across our cutting-edge HR technology suite.
Reporting directly to the Head of Engineering, you'll lead a talented team of engineers across ANZ and the Philippines, fostering collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous improvement while aligning our engineering capabilities with strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team, inspiring innovation and professional growth. Oversee the delivery of robust, scalable, and secure platform and integration solutions. Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to prioritise sprints, OKRs, and roadmaps effectively. Align technical strategies with business objectives while driving continuous process improvement and innovation. Ensure seamless integration across ELMO's suite of products, enhancing user experience and scalability. Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning. Scope, plan, and track strategic projects to meet company OKRs on time and within budget. Act as a key point of contact for technical escalations and ensure smooth stakeholder communication. Drive best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
