About the Opportunity
Securecorp currently has an outstanding opportunity for a Full Time Security Control room operator to provide excellent customer service and emergency response to one of our Prominent Clients based in Broadmeadows. The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to:
Monitoring of CCTVManagement of phone systemsIT DutiesProviding a high level of security and customer service dutiesGuarding, patrolling, monitoring, and controlling assigned premisesRespond to emergencies, alarm events, calls for assistance and provide the necessary supportAssess and respond to situations of riskAccess controlIncident report writing and data logsRostered Hours
12 hour rotating shifts (Day/Night).
