Job Description:

As a Live Chat Specialist at Home Depot, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat communication. This is a remote work position based in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, Australia. This part-time role is at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner through live chat.2. Assist customers with product recommendations, order processing, and issue resolution.3. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries.4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex customer issues when necessary.5. Adhere to company policies and procedures while upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity.6. Meet and exceed performance metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction, and first contact resolution.

Requirements:1. Resilient and confident personality traits to effectively communicate with customers.2. Strong planning and people management skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.3. Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy.4. Proficient in using live chat software and CRM systems.5. Ability to work independently in a remote environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
