Live Chat Assistant - Work From Home

Job Description:

TIAA is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Live Chat Assistant. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate Level Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions with our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information through live chat
- Assist customers with product information, account management, and technical support
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience
- Use persuasion skills to guide customers towards appropriate solutions and products
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
- Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Motivated and energetic personality
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficient in using live chat software and other customer service tools
