Exciting opportunity to join SA's iconic RAA InsuranceFull time fixed term contract to 10/05/2025 based in Mile EndJoin a high performing Recoveries Team with an inclusive and supportive cultureThis exciting opportunity will see you maximise recovery outcomes for RAA Insurance, including negotiating settlements with all parties, liaison with solicitors, other insurers, agents and court attendance where required. In addition, you will:Ultimatelyact as a subject matter expert and triage point for all legal referralsand documentation received (including summons) across Recoveries and Settlements.Provide analysis and own outcomes in relation to legal spend on claims and recovery debt write off.Attend Court with clients to resolve legal matters and make arrangements for witnesses, assessors and any other parties for their attendance.Within delegation of authority, determine the feasibility of recovery, and make decisions or recommendations to write off debt where appropriate.Support team members with technical guidance and by sharing technical knowledge, skills and experience.Review pre-litigation files prior to escalating to external partner.About youYou are a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture.
