About the Firm
Our client is a highly regarded legal and regulatory advisory firm with multiple offices that specializes in competition law and complex disputes.
About the Position
Due to increased work, our client has created multiple new roles for Litigation Lawyers at the Solicitor, Associate, and Senior Associate levels. In this role, you will report to an expert top-tier Partner and act for large corporate and government clients (including regulators). You will handle regulatory and commercial disputes, investigations, commissions of inquiry, class actions, and other large-scale disputes.
About You
You will be an experienced litigator at the Solicitor, Associate, or Senior Associate level who enjoys advocacy and attending court. You will be bright, energetic, and a self-starter.
You are happy to work in a smaller commercial law firm without the politics and bureaucracy of the big firms. You will also be happy to be mentored by an award-winning ex-top tier partner.
Qualifications
1-8 years of post-admission experience.
Previous experience in commercial litigation. Ideally, you will have experience with large complex litigation matters and/or regulatory disputes.
You do not need prior top-tier law firm experience, but you must be willing to learn and are happy to regularly attend court.
