Churchers are a Lexcel accredited & reputable multi-service Law Firm.
The suitable candidate for this role will have strong roots in dispute resolution work; knowledge of contentious probate and commercial litigation would be advantageous. You will strive to provide your clients with the best possible outcome while managing your work in a timely manner.
The Role & Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for effectively and efficiently managing your own diverse caseload.
You will be liaising with clients and third parties.
Create lasting relationships with clients.
You will provide sound, professional advice to clients in respect to all aspects of general civil litigation/dispute resolution cases to include but not limited to:
Landlord and tenant work; both residential and commercial.
Contentious probate.
Boundary and neighbour disputes.
Person Specification:
Sound knowledge and expertise in the field.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to communicate in a friendly, professional and confidential manner with internal and external contacts.
Commitment to providing excellent client care.
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing requirements, remaining calm under pressure.
Team-focused with a flexible "can do" and collaborative approach to working with others, but also able to work alone.
Confidence to communicate with all levels in order to manage expectations and maintain effective working relationships.
This is a full-time role 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday.
