What you'll do Join our dynamic in-house litigation team for an exciting opportunity to handle a diverse range of matters. As a key member, you'll be responsible for providing strategic legal advice, particularly in motor vehicle litigation, while also tackling general commercial litigation, debt recovery, and insurance cases. You'll work closely with our strategic motor litigation team, contributing to innovative approaches to legal services and aligning with our business strategy. Unlike traditional law firms, we focus on results rather than billable hours, empowering you to efficiently manage a large portfolio of files autonomously. Key responsibilities include managing high-volume defence litigation motor claims, attending hearings and conferences, maximizing recovery opportunities, and collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional outcomes.
