About the Role
Are you passionate about driving business productivity and innovation through systems management? Reporting to our Chief Business Officer, Liontown Resources is seeking a Business Systems Manager to lead the integration and efficiency of our enterprise systems. This pivotal role ensures seamless functionality across over 60 platforms, including SAP, SuccessFactors, INX, and more, supporting our commitment to excellence and sustainability.
Play a key role in shaping the technology backbone of a growing organisation. Be part of a forward-thinking team dedicated to sustainability and innovation. Work in our West Perth office with occasional site travel. Key Responsibilities
Manage Liontown's corporate and operational application and system strategy. Manage and maintain enterprise systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, and INX. Lead system upgrades, migrations, and integration projects. Define and manage Liontown's data strategy and solutions. Collaborate with vendors to negotiate and manage on-going support contracts to maintain service levels. Enhance system efficiency and align processes with business goals. Provide technical support and training to end-users. Ensure compliance with regulations and internal security policies. About You
Extensive experience in managing enterprise systems (SAP experience is strongly preferred). Mining or resource sector experience is preferred, ideally working in a similar role for a startup or junior business with significant growth prospects. Strong business acumen with a focus on process improvement. Proven ability to lead system-related projects and manage vendor relationships. Experience with corporate applications such as SuccessFactors, INX, SAI360, and Microsoft Applications. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills. Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance and pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening. Why Liontown
