About the role We are experiencing continued growth through innovation and customer demand, so we are seeking an experienced, high-level Light Vehicle Technician to join the team at our newly established Whyalla team.
Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, you will be responsible for the repairing, servicing, and reporting of light vehicles in line with industry and company standards.
Along with this, the Light Vehicle Mechanic will be responsible for:
Analysing and diagnosing mechanical problems; The planning of jobs and ordering the required parts; Identifying any additional works that may be required; Completion of all paperwork regarding work performed; Maintaining a commitment to safety in the workplace.
About You Minimum 3 years experience as a qualified light vehicle mechanic (essential); Driver's licence (essential); Diesel experience (desirable); Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Excellent time management, organisation and prioritization skills.
