Light Vehicle Mechanics

Our client RGM Maintenace is looking for Light Vehicle Mechanics.
RGM Maintenance is a family-owned business & has grown nurturing this mentality over the last 21 years. We pride ourselves on the service and product we offer our customers, to do this, we need to operate as a team in our branches.
Duties & Responsibilities:
-        Mechanical repairs on LV cars trucks and Vans as well as buses.
-        Trailer repairs
-        Break down / call out on a rotating basis
-        Technical training
-        Brand product training
-        Take care of equipment to minimise damage
-        Ensure all work is completed as per the job card
-        Ensure all work is carried out to the quality, specification, and warranty requirements and that all documentation is completed on time
-        Ensure all daily time sheets are completed accurately and on time
-        Maintain effective communication between area leaders.
-        Ensure housekeeping is ongoing by maintaining a clean and safe workplace
-        Maintain a positive attitude among all staff and management
-        Promote RGM's commitment to quality, error free service to all customers
-        Promotion and management of a safe work environment
-        Maintain a professional and tidy appearance to all employees, clients and associates. The company reputation and image in the community is very important in the successful operation of the business and must be always upheld
-        Comply with the company's "Drug & Alcohol", "Mobile Phone" & other policies
-        Ensure proper care is taken when using company machinery and other company assets to prevent injury or damage in all circumstances
-        If required to use a company vehicle, comply with the vehicle usage policy. A current drivers' license must be maintained while employed at RGM Maintenance.
-        Ensure that all company information is kept private and confidential
-        Support other staff in a co-operative manner always
-        Always follow the values set and aim of the company mission statement
Training
RGM Maintenance has a policy of providing ongoing training and development for all staff. Training will be provided for specific tasks and specific projects as required and is designed to maintain the currency of your skills and facilitate development.
