The Parish is currently on an exciting journey of change and growth as we seek to develop innovative approaches to serving the needs of the people within our community and exceeding their service expectations.ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Lifestyle Facilitator to join our team at Emmaus, providing person-centred lifestyle services at the weekends.You will take an active role in getting to know our residents and gain an understanding of their interests, choices, goals and abilities. You will be responsible for creating, delivering and maintaining a lifestyle program of activities and events based on these and with the aim of optimising residents' health and well-being.The role will be supported by the Lifestyle coordinator and our wonderful team of volunteers, you will have the opportunity to use your creativity to make a positive impact on the life of our residents.The position will be offered to the successful applicant as a Permanent Part-Time position, working 08:30 - 16:36 Saturday & Sunday (30.4 hours a fortnight).WHAT WE OFFER OUR EMPLOYEESCompetitive hourly rate of up to $35.59 per hour.
