About Camberwell Green Aged Care Located in the quiet leafy tree-lined suburb of Camberwell, with easy access to Camberwell Junction. A new concept of aged living, residents are treated with an elegant level of finishes and furnishings in all rooms and shared spaces like no other. We offer a selection of lounge and dining areas including a kiosk perfect for catching up with family and friends.
About the Opportunity This is a permanent part-time opportunity for 45 hours a fortnight. As a Lifestyle Services Officer, you'll be responsible for providing support and assistance to residents in meeting their individual lifestyle goals, needs, and choices to enhance their overall quality of life.
Assist with the design, delivery, and monitoring of group and individual lifestyle services activities and complementary therapies for residents.Coordinate individual and group activities and therapies.Ensure recreational activities, therapies, and documentation comply with Aged Care Standards and relevant Acts, legal and ethical standards.About You To be successful, you'll need:
Cert IV in Leisure and Health or Cert 3 in Individual Support (essential)Previous experience in Aged Care (preferred but not essential)Availability and reliability to commit to required shiftsKnowledge of the Aged Care Quality StandardsBring your passion for quality care and in return, we will provide you with an opportunity to build an outstanding career by expanding and developing your skills.
The successful applicant must complete a National Police Check, provide proof of COVID-19 Vaccination, and may be required to undertake an NDIS check. Our residential aged care communities are supported by specialised teams who care deeply about our residents' individual needs. Together with residents, healthcare partners, and families, our teams deliver best practice care with the highest standards of safety, clinical practice, and governance.
