As a member of our CO-ACT team, you'll work in a supportive, family-like environment where collaboration is key, and your input on improving systems and practices is highly valued.About the RoleWe are seeking a passionate Lifestyle Activity Coordinator to join our team, focusing on enhancing the health, wellbeing, and quality of life of patients within the CO-ACT program.
In this role, you will design and coordinate group-based activities that encourage patient participation and help maintain physical, social, and emotional wellbeing.
Working closely with Allied Health professionals, you'll develop holistic programs that cater to the unique needs of each patient and align with our site's care goals.As a key part of the CO-ACT team, you'll also support Allied Health services by assisting with patient care activities under the supervision of a qualified professional.
