The Role As the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that maximise engagement and increase revenue from the time a prospect becomes a lead all the way through their customer journey.
You will be a key driver of marketing efforts to drive demand and revenue growth - designing, implementing, and optimising scaled lifecycle campaigns across segments and lifecycle stages.
This position requires a strong understanding of customer behaviour, as well as the ability to leverage marketing automation tools to create segmented experiences at scale.
This is a hybrid role working from our Melbourne or Sydney locations.
What you will do: Own ideation, strategy, and execution of lead and customer lifecycle campaigns to generate sales pipeline and increase customer growth and retention.
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including promotional campaigns, product marketing campaigns, triggered messages, and nurture campaigns.
Design and implement experimentation plans to continuously optimise and improve campaign effectiveness.
Leverage marketing automation, behavioural data, and ML-based techniques to create personalised experiences at scale.
Drive growth across key metrics (MQLs, Demos, Pipeline, Revenue) - measure success, optimise against targets, and report on performance on a regular cadence.
Analyse trends, develop actionable insights, and socialise relevant learnings across the organisation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
What we look for in you: 5+ years experience in Lifecycle/Email Marketing.
2+ years experience in a B2 B Saa S environment.
Understanding of customers' needs and experience across the lifecycle and how to craft messaging and approach accordingly.
Deep knowledge of the email landscape and best practices (deliverability, privacy laws) and growth marketing concepts (attribution, incrementality).
Proficiency in marketing automation, lifecycle and CRM platforms.
Experience with A/B testing, user cohorting, and other optimisation techniques.
Ability to define and execute scalable, data-driven triggers and processes.
