Mercedes-Benz Waverley has a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing and Events Executive to join their award-winning team working for the #1 automotive.
This fast-paced, full-time role is the perfect opportunity for an individual interested in luxury automotive and looking for their next exciting challenge.
This position will be responsible for, but not limited to: Develop marketing strategies and concepts to promote Mercedes-Benz vehicles, services, and special offers while adhering to strict Brand Guidelines.
Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email and SMS marketing campaigns, website content and online advertising to increase brand visibility and drive customer acquisition.
Collaborate with the senior management team to create targeted promotional materials and sales collateral that effectively communicate Mercedes-Benz vehicles' value proposition.
Liaise with dealership partner agencies, key marketing suppliers, brand sponsors and ambassadors while maintaining positive stakeholder relationships.
Assist Marketing and Events Manager with events, including new product launches and brand activations, to engage customers and enhance brand loyalty.
Prepare, analyse and present timely reporting concerning ongoing marketing activity and data.
Analyse marketing performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
Cultivate relationships with media partners, advertising agencies and other stakeholders to maximize exposure and coverage for Mercedes-Benz Waverley.
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualities: Relevant experience in a Marketing role (Automotive preferable but not mandatory); Marketing degree or comparable business-related qualification.
Experience gained working in a fast-paced retail environment will be highly regarded; Advanced computer skills, including website creation technology, Google Analytics, e DM platforms, SMS platforms and CRM Software; Graphic design experience using Adobe Creative Cloud Suite applications, including Adobe In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.
(preferable but not mandatory) Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Power Point and Word.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Meticulous attention to detail with strong proof-reading skills; Strong analytical skills to identify marketing trends, ability to analyse marketing and digital media data; Career-driven with a strong work ethic; Project a professional image at all times; Must be a motivated self-starter who can work in a fast-paced environment.
