Licensing Officer

The Role Our Government client is currently recruiting a Licensing Officer for an initial 6-month contract with a possibility of extension.
This role involves facilitating the issuance and renewal of practising certificates for lawyers leading up to the end of the financial year.
Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for public and lawyer inquiries Resolve queries when feasible or refer them within the Division Maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders.
