You will be joining a team of administrative specialists who are responsible for completing administrative duties associated with the auction process with a high level of accuracy whilst meeting agreed timeframes.
This is a full time, ongoing position, working Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5.00pm.
In this role, we are looking for someone with high attention to detail, strong communication skills and enthusiasm for change.
Your key responsibilities will include: Checking licensing status of vehicles, trucks & machinery proposed for auction and/or sale Preparing registration papers, warranties and catalogues for vehicles, trucks & machinery auctions in timely manner Renewing registrations, reprint license papers and change plates prior to auctions & tenders Administrative duties associated with the auction process including data entry and corresponding with the Department of Transport ABOUT YOU To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience: Experience using Microsoft Office and other IT based systems at a proficient level A basic understanding of trust accounts A thorough understanding and experience of administration duties A high level of understanding of WH&S policies High attention to detail with the ability to maintain quality standards and meet deadlines Competent verbal & written communication skills The successful candidate must be willing to work occasional overtime on weekends where required.
