Role Purpose:The Licensing Coordinator will be a member of the Fanatics Licensing Management team supporting day-to-day servicing of our partners business within FLM, designated licensees, and new business initiatives.Role & Responsibilities:GENERALBe a part of the Fanatics Licensing Management Professional team to create a positive partner experience for existing and prospective licensees.Develop strong working relationships across the Company to identify issues, overcome and tackle these issues, and expertly close deals within deadlines.SERVICINGMaster FLM's licensee management database (BrandComply) to conduct all business transactions between FLM, its clients, and licensees.Act as a resource for licensees on the BrandComply system, including creating and distributing educational materials for licensees on the royalty reporting and artwork submission requirements and procedures and answering licensee questions on the system.Ensure that the product is of the highest standard and oversee the product developments.Ensure all product approvals are submitted to the licensors / clubs.Update and maintain approvals on the in-house product development system.Liaise with Legal for contract process and contract facilitation including generating deal memos, long form agreements, and contract amendments.BUSINESSParticipate in tender processes and marketplace research in collaboration with Licensing Manager/Director.Participate in renewals process in collaboration with Licensing Manager/Director.Establish market study for new categories opportunities in collaboration with Licensing Manager/Director.FINANCIALSManage budget planning/tracking worksheets & monitor quarterly licensee royalty/sales performance.Create quarterly business review presentations for partners with key insights and analytics of the business.Liaise with Finance to ensure accurate royalty reporting and payments.DEVELOPMENTWork with the FLM team to support a variety of projects.Liaise with Marketing/Partner Solutions team for licensee activations.Support FLM's legal efforts in addressing trademark-related matters including marketplace enforcement actions and contract compliance matters including frequent issuance of standard take-down notices to websites and cease and desist notifications.Support new business opportunities (i.e., learning/research, prospecting, evaluation).Analyze licensed sports apparel, merchandise and memorabilia marketplace.Fanatics Commerce has a broad range of online, sports venue, and vertical apparel partnerships worldwide, including comprehensive partnerships with leading leagues, teams, colleges, and sports organizations across the world—including the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, MLS, Formula 1, and Australian Football League (AFL); the Dallas Cowboys, Golden State Warriors, Paris Saint-Germain, Manchester United, Chelsea FC, and Tokyo Giants; the University of Notre Dame, University of Alabama, and University of Texas; the International Olympic Committee (IOC), England Rugby, and the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA).
